TRINITY COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - Deputies with the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people on drug possession charges after law enforcement raided a suspected meth house Wednesday morning.
Trinity County Sheriff Woody Wallace posted a video of five or six TCSO vehicles rolling down the highway toward the Hawg Heaven subdivision on his Facebook page Wednesday morning.
“It’s never a good day for drug dealers in Trinity County when this many sheriff’s office cars are rolling,” Wallace says in the video. “We’re headed to a crack house, a meth house, a drug house, whatever you want to call it.”
Wallace said they arrested two people on possession of controlled substance charges after they served a search warrant on a mobile home in the 1400 block of Big Hawg Drive and found methamphetamine.
“This location is now closed,” Wallace said in a second video that he posted on his Facebook page. “That means you can’t come here to buy drugs anymore.”
The sheriff said more arrests may be pending because they plan to serve more warrants today.
“There might be a few more today,” Wallace says in the video. “There are a few more people we’re going to go visit.”
In the Facebook post for the second video, which shows TCSO deputies walking the two suspects to patrol units, Wallace wrote that the home in the 1400 block of Big Hawg Drive had already been pending seizure in connection to the last time the sheriff’s office was there.
“Anyone caught trespassing will be prosecuted!” the Facebook post stated.
