NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KTRE) - An overturned 18-wheeler caused traffic headaches Friday morning at the intersection of US 259 and US 59 near Nacogdoches.
The 18-wheeler lost its load while it was coming off the loop onto 259. The driver was not injured and the truck’s load is reported to be non-toxic.
The roadways were cleared and open for traffic at about 12:47 p.m., according to TxDOT Lufkin. They reported a hazmat continues to work in the area.
Originally, traffic was being diverted at the US 59/US 259 on-ramp in Nacogdoches following an 18-wheeler wreck.
At about 10:36 a.m., the 18-wheeler had been up-righted.
