WEBXTRA: Nacogdoches EDC president updates commissioners on county’s growth

NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - The president of the Nacogdoches Economic Development Corporation shared a report with county commissioners about the growth status of the county.
Larissa Philpot said earning wages, employment, and sales tax revenue were up across the board, but that they could be better. She talked with KTRE’s Ryan Ordmandy on their plans for continued growth and how pushing manufacturing jobs plays into their strategy.
