Police say this is a homicide situation and they will be conducting this investigation with the help of the Texas Rangers.

We spoke with a neighbor who says she heard some confrontation around 9:00 am. She said she is shaken up because this type of disturbance is unusual in their neighborhood. This particular neighbor asked to remain anonymous.

“I was actually going to let my dog out and when I get back, there is cops everywhere. There are people up and down the street, and there is crime scene tape around. One of the guys were in the backseat of a cop car and when he got out of the cop car, the cops put him in the front seat of a truck and his arms where covered in bags all the way up to the elbows,” said the anonymous neighbor.

A victim and suspect in this homicide have not been identified nor confirmed at this time. Officials say this is an active investigation and that details are limited.
