US Rep. Brian Babin explains why he voted against $2,000 amendment

DEEP EAST TEXAS (KTRE) - US Representative Brian Babin from Texas’ 36th congressional district discussed why he voted against President Trump’s desire for an increased $2000 stimulus check rather than $600.

Babin said he voted against the increase because “we have a deficit spending problem.”

Babin also spoke about his support for the Alabama Coushatta Tribe gaming bill that did not make it to the floor.
