TEXARKANA, Texas (KSLA) - A man is dead following a shooting in Texarkana on Tuesday, Jan. 12.
Officers say it happened around 11:35 a.m. A black sedan was shot multiple times at the Oaklawn Village strip mall near Harbor Freight in Texarkana.
The victim drove the car for a few yards after being struck and ended up in the parking lot of Whataburger.
Police say the victim was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.
The shooting remains under investigation.
