State track and field results: Beckville’s Jkoby Williams places first in 110m hurdles

AUSTIN, Texas (KLTV/KTRE) - East Texas shined bright on Day 1 of the track and field state meet. West Rusk boys won the overall first place in 3A and Gilmer boys took the same prize in 4A.

Below is a list of East Texas student-athletes who have medaled at the state track and field meet in Austin.

We have a STATE CHAMPION!!!!! Congratulations Mr. Junie Johnson on winning the Texas 3A State Championship in Long Jump with a jump of 22'11"!!! (Also, breaking the school record previously held by him)
