WebXtra: East Texas dementia specialist says caregivers may become scarce

TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - With the growing Texas population, there is still a possibility of caregiver shortages in the East Texas communities. Dementia Specialist Dr. Tam Cummings says low pay and mental and physical burnout seems to play a part in this shortage.
