WATCH: NWS launches weather balloon over Texas

EL PASO, Texas (KLTV) - In an amusingly simple motion, a member of the National Weather Service of El Paso sends up a new balloon.
“Weather Balloon Launch Difficulty Setting: Easy,” the NWS wrote alongside the video, which shows the task was as easy as simply letting go.
