MINEOLA, Texas (KLTV) - Mineola fell to Pottsboro, 55-40.
Pottsboro scored first to go up, 7-0. Mineola came back on the next drive when Braydon Alley dropped the snap, picked it back up and found room on the right side to tie it.
In a special moment before the game started, Jase Blackwell, the son of Athletic Director Luke Blackwell, was brought to the field as an honorary captain for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Jase has been fighting cancer for two years.
