Digital Content Producer
Carrie Provinsal is a native Texan. In her younger days, she danced with the Dallas Ballet, canned fish in Alaska, studied philosophy in Belgium, and worked for the Big Apple Circus in New York.
Making East Texas her home in 2003, she taught English at Boulter Middle School. Bit by the news bug, she earned her journalism degree from the University of Texas at Tyler.
Carrie’s passion for story-telling led her to join KLTV in 2019 as a digital writer and producer. She lives in Tyler with her two sons, a dog, and two cats. Fun fact: the female cat snores.
