11/9/09 Lufkin Police Report

Criminal Mischief, 2400 Block Of Minnie Lou: Man reported he found that both outside mirrors, both tail lights, and one headlight broken, along with other body and paint damage estimated at over several thousand dollars had been done to his truck parked on the road at his residence, as well as the tail gate stolen off of the truck.

Disturbance, 1800 Block of Sayers Street: Woman reported that her estranged boyfriend and his mother came over to her apartment uninvited for a confrontation on relationship issues that escalated into an argument.  Woman reported that when they refused to leave, she tried to call police, but her boyfriend grabbed the phone from her and threw it, damaging the phone, before leaving.

Assault, 300 Block of Cain Street: Woman reported that she was watching TV with her daughter when an argument broke out with her intoxicated boyfriend, who began shoving her.  Woman reported when she attempted to call someone to come pick her up, the boyfriend threw her to the ground, kicked her, and punched her in the face several times.  Woman reported that her boyfriend then had allowed her to get up, and then pushed her into the front door, causing the glass in the door to break and cutting her arm and hand.

Theft, 1700 Block of W Frank Avenue: Woman reported that her son called her from his work relating that her cell phone that he had, had been stolen.

Disturbance, 100 Block of Mott Drive: Teen reported that while playing in a soccer game, a player from the other team approached her and punched her in the face.  The suspect teen admitted to the investigating officer she had done so because she got tired of hearing all her "smack".

Burglary/Bldg, 700 Block of E Laurel Street: Man reported that his family returned home to find their garage door open and lock broken, and then found a stereo system and an air compressor had been stolen.
