Two Nacogdoches restaurant chains join fight against cancer

NACOGDOCHES, TX (News Release) - Clear Springs Restaurant and Auntie Pasta's had their first annual Crawfish Boil this year, raising over $10,000 for American Cancer Society and Relay For Life throughout Texas.

Each of their locations; Nacogdoches, Tyler, San Antonio, Midland and New Braunfels, boiled crawfish to help cancer survivors "Celebrate Another Birthday".

The communities came together to eat crawfish, support a great cause, and listen to live music at Banita Creek Hall.

Relay for Life is the main volunteer-driven cancer fundraising event of the American Cancer Society.  It originated in the United States and has spread to 21 countries.
