TRINITY, TX (KTRE) - Trinity Police have arrested a man accused of following a customer into a bathroom and getting video of him using a urinal.

Chief Steven Jones said Christopher Windham, 27, said he was wiping himself in a stall and did so by holding himself up with his hand on the ground.

Even though no evidence of a video was found, police did not buy that argument and arrested him on Thursday on a charge of improper photography.

Jones said Windham was working as a store clerk at McDonald's when he followed a male customer into the bathroom. The customer saw the cellphone come out from under the stall and caught Windham in the act, Jones said.

Windham deleted the video before police arrived, but officers had enough evidence to obtain a warrant for Windham's arrest.
