Juvenile Accused Of Bomb Threat Has Hearing

A Nacogdoches High School student is back with his parents tonight after spending two nights in a juvenile detention center. The fifteen year old is accused of making a bomb threat last week. The threat affected the Nacogdoches County Courthouse.

Attorneys agreed to let the boy go home. He's to follow some strict rules or face the possibility of going back to detention.

Defense attorney John Heath Junior is wanting Nacogdoches County district judges to recuse themselves from the case. The courthouse has been the target of a bomb threat twice in the last month.
