DIBOLL, TX (KTRE) - Diboll ISD Police officers arrested a 17-year-old man on Monday after he allegedly used his cell phone to snap record video of a 14-year-old boy who was in the stall next to him in a bathroom at Diboll High School.
Cameron Lee Lyles was booked into the Angelina county Jail on a state-jail felony charge of improper photography or visual recording. He was released later Monday after he posted a $2,500 bail.
According to the arrest affidavit, the alleged incident occurred on Dec. 4. The affidavit stated that while Lyles was in a bathroom at the Diboll High School campus, he used his cell phone to make a video recording of a 14-year-old male student who was in the stall next to him.
Lyle allegedly held his phone under the stall's wall and then used the Snapchat app to send the recording to several other Diboll High School students. Several of the students who received the video reported it to Diboll High School's assistant principal.
