Affidavit: Search of Nacogdoches house results in 2 felony drug arrests
NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - Nacogdoches PD officers arrested two people on numerous felony and misdemeanor drug charges after they executed a search warrant on a home Wednesday and found a man and a woman in possession of meth, marijuana, and a variety of other drugs, according to affidavits.
Julia Nicole Lott, 21, of Nacogdoches, is still being held in the Nacogdoches County Jail on a third-degree possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams charge, a state-jail felony possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram charge, a Class A misdemeanor possession of a dangerous drug charge, a Class A misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance less than 28 grams charge, and a Class B possession of a controlled substance charge. Lott's collective bail amount has been set at $23,500.
Corbin Kincaid Schlager, 23, of Nacogdoches, is also still being held in the county jail, and he was charged with third-degree felony possession of marijuana between 5 and 50 pounds charge. His bail amount has been set at $12,000.
On Wednesday evening, officers with the Nacogdoches Police Department executed a search warrant at the address on East Main, which is listed as Schlager's place of residence on the jail docket.
During the search, Schlager was found to be in possession of more than five pounds of marijuana, the affidavit stated. Lott, who was also arrested at that address, was allegedly found to be in possession of cocaine, Tramadol, Hydrocodone. Dextroamphetamine, and methamphetamine.
Both suspects were arrested at the scene and taken to the county jail.
