NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - A Nacogdoches County grand jury has indicted a Pollok woman accused of stealing more than $150,000 over a two-year period.
Judy Vinson Tobias, 55, is charged with second-degree theft.
According to the text of the indictment, Tobias stole the money between the dates of April 22, 2015, and July 27, 2017.
The indictment does not state the exact amount of money stolen, but she is charged with theft between $150,000 and $300,000.
Tobias was booked into the Nacogdoches County Jail on Wednesday and posted a $20,000 bond.
