Lufkin Police Report - 12/5/07

THEFT/B: 800 BLOCK OF NORTH CHESTNUT. Complainant reported that a prostitute came to his home and stole some cash from his pants pockets.

ASSAULT: 1000 BLOCK OF TREADWELL. Complainant reported that he was struck in the face several times by a known suspect Tuesday.  The victim stated he was going to seek treatment at a local hospital for injuries not specified in the report.

THEFT: 200 BLOCK OF SADDLE RIDGE DRIVE. Complainant reported that a known suspect stole two TV's and a piece of furniture from a house where had some items stored.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 4600 BLOCK OF MEDFORD. Complainant reported that his vehicle was scratched down one side with some type sharp object while he was shopping Tuesday afternoon.

BURGLARY: 500 BLOCK OF WILLOW OAK DRIVE. Complainant reported that his storage shed was broken into sometime within the past three days and an air compressor and portable generator were stolen.

HARASSMENT: 200 BLOCK OF CUNNINGHAM DRIVE. Complainant reported ongoing telephone harassment from an ex-boyfriend.

HARASSMENT: 4400 BLOCK OF MEDFORD. Complainant reported that a former boyfriend has been coming to her workplace trying to talk with her and has been calling her repeatedly at work after being told not to.

THEFT/B: 3500 BLOCK OF SOUTH MEDFORD. Loss Prevention for a store reported that they caught an employee stealing money from the cash register on two occasions.

FORGERY/COUNTERFEITING: 100 BLOCK OF LAZY OAKS. Complainant reported that several unauthorized charges were made with his debit card.  Complainant believes his ex-girlfriend stole the card and used it after they broke up.

DEBIT CARD ABUSE: 3500 BLOCK OF SOUTH FIRST STREET. Complainant reported that several unauthorized charges had been made in Lufkin and Galveston against her bank account.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 800 BLOCK OF SOUTH TIMBERLAND DRIVE. Complainant reported that two tires on her car were punctured with a sharp object sometime Monday.  Each tire had one puncture mark on the sidewall.

 THEFT/B: 2500 BLOCK OF DANIEL MCCALL. Complainant reported that she left her bag of prescription medications in the cart at the store and forgot it.  When she returned for the medication they couldn't be located.
