Fire marshal explains restrictions as 13 East Texas counties issue burn bans

Thirteen East Texas counties have issued burn bans. The Texas Forest Service continues to list East Texas in the moderate range for fire danger. The question is, what are the requirements for issuing a burn ban? And what restrictions are there in a burn ban?
A previous indictment states that Allen Lamont Sutton Jr. and Laneshia Lashae Young struck Grant with a blunt object and set her on fire on Aug. 20, 2016, killing her. The latest indictment alleges that Edward Brager performed the same actions.
“They start with an idea of what they want,” Park said. “They have a goal to get 50,000 feet. And they begin to work mathematically first. And then preliminary design and then critical design and then the manufacturing process of it.”
