Going in and out of the clouds and remaining mild before rain chances return by week’s end.

Happy Tuesday, East Texas! Mostly cloudy skies are expected through the first half of the afternoon before turning partly cloudy to mostly clear into this evening. Highs today will be in the low 80s across the area. There is a very low chance for rain today; a few sprinkles or light showers will be possible. Higher chances for rain are still in the forecast for Halloween weekend. Both Friday and Saturday will feature a chance for rain, though it does not currently look like a complete washout of a weekend. Chances for rain currently sit around 30-40% for Friday and Saturday. Early next week, a cold front looks to move through East Texas bringing a drop in temperatures and aadditional chances for rain. Have a great day.
