Mild and cloudy Sunday

East Texas (KLTV/KTRE) - Happy Saturday, East Texas! Not much sun for Sunday! We are waking up to some thin clouds already streaming in and that cover just gets thicker through the day, so expect a hazy filtered kind of sunshine instead of bright blue skies. It will still feel warm with highs in the low 80’s with a light east southeast breeze. That cloudy trend hangs on to start the work week with mostly cloudy skies Monday through Wednesday and those mild low 80s sticking around, plus overnight lows climbing from the mid 50s tonight up toward the 60s by late week as a little Gulf moisture returns. Still no real rain in sight, so the dry stretch and wildfire concern continue. The next chance for rain comes in play next weekend. Any rain may disrupt Hallo-weekend plans, so we will keep you updated on timing thru the week ahead. Have a fabulous day!
